Frequently Asked Questions

  • If I notice something not working properly, do you want to know?

Absolutely, please email support@oaxray.com or send us a message on our Facebook page.
  • Won’t this tool kill Online Arbitrage for the stores it supports?

It is certainly a powerful tool that will give its users a large advantage over other competitors. However, it still does take a bit of work to find products to resell. There’s so much real estate in the sites we already support that, even with this powerful tool, no single user, even with a team of VA’s can possibly exhaust all of the sourcing possibilities that exist in a dynamic marketplace. Nevertheless, the fact that some detractors are suggesting that OAXRAY will kill online arbitrage is testimony to its power as a sourcing tool.

  • Is anyone “watching” what I’m buying?

No, we do not monitor what our users are buying or how they are sourcing. In the interest of full disclosure, when products are matched to an ASIN by the extension for the first time, it is logged in our own database for the purpose of speeding the service up, but never for any other purpose.

  • I thought of a cool new feature you should add. Want to know about it?

Absolutely, please email support@oaxray.com or send us a message on our Facebook page.

  • $99 per month seems like a lot.  Why is the service so expensive?

Experienced sellers care about market saturation.  Some have asked us to limit the number of users.  While we understand that having a lower price point for our product would result in a much larger subscriber base, it is our hope for this to be a sustainable tool for serious Amazon sellers.  To maintain a reasonable level of users actively sourcing the same sites with the same tool, we hope to achieve the affect of a limit with a high price point, while still being a great value for sellers who will easily earn way more than they spend through the use of our tool.

  • I’m having such and such problem with OAXRAY.  Can you help?
